I'm A White IPA. And Don't call me hazy.

Cascade, Citra and a wheat malt bill make this IPA a one-of-a-kind. American Hefeweizen yeast helps round out the edges providing a balanced yet hop-forward IPA. Looks can be deceiving, but this is a White IPA- and don't call it hazy.

CARDIAC Blonde

When your wife is a brewer and you end up in the hospital before brewfest, you get a beer named after you. Named for my favorite blonde cardiac patient, this citra dry-hopped version of the house blonde base recipe picks up all the good parts we love about the hop- the bright, fruity and citrus notes on the aroma are the star of this light, crushable blonde.

It's a nice day for a wit wedding
The oldest recipe in the portfolio, this beer was brewed for my best friend's wedding in Napa. It has been developed over several years, and was also the first all-grain recipe I brewed. This one is near-and-dear to my heart for so many reasons, and is the best Red Keg brew to date.

The "house IPA" at Red Keg, This One is an IPA is a stand-by, sessionable, well-balanced beer when you just want a cold one after work. Just the right hop touch on a dry but malty base, pour a tall one, because you will want to sip these all evening.
